Your orders are automatically shipped to the delivery address registered in our databases.
If you need to drop ship an order directly to your client or to a delivery address other than the usual one, you can send an email to Customer Service with the following details:
order id, recipient's full name, address, telephone number.
NB:
- the request must be sent to Customer Service as soon as the order is placed
- we can only change the address if the new one is within your own country
- the change of address concerns the whole order i.e. all products within the same order (it is not possible to split the shipment of products belonging to the same order).
