If you have received a non-compliant product you can report it by filling in the Complaint/Change request form available in the SEND REQUEST section in your Reserved Area.
Uploading some images inside the form will make the technical analysis faster and more effective. If you have to report a defect on the product, we invite you to photograph it, taking care to take the photo at a distance of at least 50cm from the product, with good lighting. To correctly represent the extent of the imperfection, we suggest placing a coin next to the product, in order to better understand the size of the defect.
