If you’ve received a product that does not meet your standards, you can send us a report by filling in the “Get help with this order” form available in the "Orders” section of your Reserved Area, below the order line.
Upload pictures into the form; it will make the technical analysis faster and more efficient. Should you report a product defect, please take a picture of it, making sure the picture is taken at a distance of at least 50 cm and in good lighting. In order to correctly represent the size of the defect, we suggest you place a coin next to the product.
