First of all, we advise you to read carefully the terms and conditions that you find in the "Vouchers" and "Promotions" sections of your Reserved Area. Please be sure to follow these points:
- Copy and paste the voucher to avoid transcription errors
- Check the expiration date to verify that the voucher is still valid
- Verify if the voucher is for single use, you may have already used it
If you're using two vouchers for a single order:
- Verify that they can be combined
- Check that one code applies a percentage discount (e.g. 20%) and the other a value discount (e.g. $15), because two vouchers of the same type (percentage or value) wouldn't work
