How can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been submitted, you can do so within 2 hours of its confirmation.

💻 Log into your Reserved Area and go to the Orders section. If the 2 hours have not yet elapsed, you will see "Cancel by..." next to the order you wish to cancel: click on that option to cancel the order. Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation. Then the order status in the Reserved Area will change to “Canceled” (and you can rest assured that it won’t go to printing).

💶 Refunds for canceled orders are quick, as the transaction is canceled before it’s completed. There are no extra costs for cancellation, plus any vouchers used on the canceled order will be valid again until the normal expiration date.

❗️ Products from a canceled order are returned to your Cart: if you’d like, you can change them and place a new order, or cancel them altogether.

📈 You can cancel any type of order, as long as you do so within the first 2 hours. If you need to cancel an order after the first 2 hours, we offer you the possibility to instead place your order again with a 50% discount, using the “Duplicate” feature in your Reserved Area (where available).
